Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth by promoting our premium residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in real estate sales, strong leadership capabilities, and in-depth knowledge of the local property market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to consistently achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Design and implement effective sales strategies to expand the customer base and maximize revenue.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners.
  • Conduct market analysis to track industry trends and monitor competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and generate high-quality leads.
  • Represent the company at property exhibitions, client meetings, and site visits.
  • Prepare and present regular sales performance reports and forecasts to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to guide, inspire, and develop a team.
