Role Overview

We're looking for a driven and strategic Sales Manager - Non-Ferrous Metals to lead our metals category

growth. The ideal candidate understands Zinc, Lead, Nickel, Copper, and Aluminium markets and can close

high-value industrial deals.

Key Responsibilities

- Own P&L; for the Non-Ferrous category; drive revenue and profitability.

- Close high-value B2B sales with OEMs, foundries, cable & alloy manufacturers.

- Track LME/MCX prices and apply hedging strategies to maximize profitability.

- Build and nurture key client relationships; ensure payment collections.

- Collaborate with sourcing, finance, and logistics to ensure delivery excellence.

You Must Have

- 7-12 years of experience in non-ferrous metal sales (Zinc/Nickel/Aluminium/Copper)

- Strong industrial B2B selling skills and high-ticket closure experience

- Hands-on knowledge of commodity trading, MCX/LME, or import sourcing

- Experience with OEMs, foundries, or trading companies

- Great communication, negotiation, and analytical skills

Bonus If You Have

- Worked at companies like Vedanta, Korea Zinc, Namo Alloys, OFB Tech

- Prior experience leading a sales team or managing a product P&L;

- Exposure to international trade and import documentation
