Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager based in Chandigarh, the vertical is agency.The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales targets, recruit advisors,building and maintaining relationships with advisors and clients, soo that advisor generate business! conducting market research, and developing sales strategies. Day-to-day tasks include managing a sales team, training new hires, analyzing sales data, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires strong communication and leadership skills to help in develop agents also .

Qualifications

• Sales and Marketing skills, including market research and customer relationship
• Analytical skills for sales data interpretation and strategy development
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the health insurance or related industry is a plus
