Job Description

You should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, specifically in the field of LABSA, SLES, Sulphonates, and other surfactants. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, motivated, and street smart. Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience in surfactant sales, soda ash sales, and caustic soda sales. Marketing experience with LABSA, SLES, AOS, SLS, Acid Slurry, CAPB, CMEA, CDEA, EGDS, and EGMS is highly preferred. Experience in marketing products to detergent, soap, and personal care manufacturers is advantageous. Candidates with previous experience in companies like Sai Fertilizers and Phosphates, AR Stanchem, Galaxy Surfactants, Rhodia, Godrej Industries, BASF Care Chemicals Dahej, and others will be strongly considered. As a part of your responsibilities, you will be tasked with marketing LABSA 90%, LABSA 96%, SLES Paste, and SLES Liquid in North India. Developing a dealer network across the region, obtaining client buying specifications, coordinating with the plant for samples, and ensuring quality approvals are also key tasks. Regular client visits, maintaining customer relations, addressing complaints alongside Plant QA, and monitoring competitor activities are part of the role. Effective coordination with the plant to ensure product quality and timely delivery is crucial for success in this position.,
