Job Summary

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue by acquiring new clients and expanding business with existing ones. This role involves pitching creative and media solutions, building strong relationships with brands, and ensuring successful project closures. It is a target-driven role requiring excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for creative and media services.

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities with brands and agencies.

· Pitch creative solutions including ad films, branding, and digital campaigns.

· Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.

· Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.

· Collaborate with creative and production teams to ensure smooth project execution.

· Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.

· Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.

Qualifications

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

· Experience: 3–8 years in sales/business development (preferably in advertising, media, or creative agencies).

Skills:

o Strong communication and presentation skills.

o Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

o Ability to understand creative services and pitch effectively.

o Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
