Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets through effective business development, corporate sales, and new client acquisition.
  • Manage a team of sales professionals to drive end-to-end sales processes, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Job Requirements :

  • 2-6 years of experience in B2B sales or related field (e.g., IT services & consulting).
  • Proven track record in generating revenue through successful corporate sales efforts.
  • Strong understanding of assessment tools and methodologies used in the industry.
  • Excellent business development skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels.
