We are looking for a Sales Manager who will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding the user base. Responsibilities Own and Drive the sales for the assigned zone. Recruit, collaborate and manage field sales team. Run targeted sales campaigns Reaching out to large customers independently. Track, Analyze and Report on key performance metrics and identify areas of opportunity Identify trends and insights on user behavior and preferences Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience Work cross-functionally across Marketing, Product Management, and Development teams. Required Skills 5+ years experience in field and account sales Experience in IT product sales Experience in managing internal or external sales executives/agents Experience in using email campaign tool Experience with a CRM to manage leads, activity and sales. Comfortable with setting and meeting sales targets. Ability to create strategies/plans to ensure targets are achieved Fluent in Hindi and English. Self-learner with outgoing personality. Desired/Preferable skills Experience in selling to lower income consumers and assisting in the formulation of strategies to build a connection with those consumers. Strong understanding of mobile platform sales. Recruitment of the agents as per requirement. Working in consumer brands especially in hospitality sector. Candidate should be ready to local travel and must have own vehicle.
