Sales Manager - Mutual Fund and Fixed Income

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Head – Mutual Fund & Fixed Income to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets across Mutual Fund and Fixed Income products.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve business targets.
• Drive sales of Mutual Fund and Fixed Income products to Retail, HNI, UHNI, and Institutional clients.
• Build strong client relationships and expand the client base.
• Collaborate with product and research teams to design suitable investment solutions.
• Monitor sales performance and ensure compliance with SEBI, AMFI, and other regulatory guidelines.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare and present sales reports/MIS to management.

Desired Candidate Profile

• MBA/PGDM in Finance/Marketing or equivalent qualification.
• 7–12 years of relevant experience in sales/business development in financial services.
• Strong knowledge of Mutual Funds, Fixed Income products, and financial markets.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving AUM growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• AMFI/NISM certification preferred.
