Sales Manager - Mutual Fund and Fixed Income

You are a highly motivated and experienced Sales Head in Mutual Fund & Fixed Income, responsible for leading the sales team and driving business growth. Your role involves developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets across Mutual Fund and Fixed Income products. - Lead and manage the sales team to achieve business targets. - Drive sales of Mutual Fund and Fixed Income products to Retail, HNI, UHNI, and Institutional clients. - Build strong client relationships and expand the client base. - Collaborate with product and research teams to design suitable investment solutions. - Monitor sales performance and ensure compliance with SEBI, AMFI, and other regulatory guidelines. - Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities. - Prepare and present sales reports/MIS to management. As a qualified candidate, you should have: - MBA/PGDM in Finance/Marketing or equivalent qualification. - 7-12 years of relevant experience in sales/business development in financial services. - Strong knowledge of Mutual Funds, Fixed Income products, and financial markets. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving AUM growth. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. - AMFI/NISM certification preferred.,
