Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Business Development:

    Identify, onboard, and manage DSA & DST s to generate personal loan business.
  • Sales Target Achievement:

    Drive sales and ensure monthly and annual targets are met.
  • Market Expansion:

    Develop strategies to expand the DSA network and DST enhance market penetration.
  • Relationship Management:

    Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs, DST, customers, and financial institutions.
  • Compliance & Documentation:

    Ensure all loan applications comply with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Team Coordination:

    Work closely with internal teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement.
  • Market Analysis:

    Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience:

    Minimum 2+ years in personal loan sales, preferably managing DSA and DST.
  • Industry Exposure:

    Prior experience in banking, NBFCs, or financial services is highly desirable.
  • Sales Skills:

    Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Target-Driven:

    Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales goals.
  • Education:

    Any Degree
