Responsibilities

• Handle the complete sales cycle from managing assigned inventory to closing deals.
• Identify and implement strategies to build a strong pipeline of promising leads.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets for both residential and commercial properties.
• Work closely with Marketing team and recommend strategies to improve visibility and achieve marketing objectives.
• Maintain excellent customer service standards and explore customer referrals actively.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications and follow-ups.
• Stay informed on market trends, pricing and competitor activities.

Education

Experience

from a reputed and well-known builder

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Soft Skills:

• Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Results-oriented with a track record of driving revenue growth.

Mandatory Skills:

Good knowledge and understanding of the Hyderabad real estate market and compliance norms

Lead handling, conversion and referral engagement.

Well versed with CRM/ERP to improve overall quality of work

Optional but valued skills

• Marketing and Digital marketing knowledge or/and experience
• Good knowledge and understanding of basic finance and projects functions
• Good to excellent contacts across the industry, ex : property portals, consultants, etc
