Sales manager Motor dealer

As a Relationship Manager (Dealership), your primary responsibility is to manage relationships specifically for Dealership channel partners and drive business through the same. **Key Responsibilities:** - Achieve monthly topline targets - Onboard & activate 4W / CV dealers as per set targets through various sources to ensure achievement of business targets - Maintain relationships and drive business through OEM partner channels and Non-NTUs - Achieve overall Gross Written Premium (GWP) - Ensure sustainable profitability - Maintain Combined Operating Ratio (COR) at budgeted levels - Minimize Loss & Cost of Acquisition through Combined Ratio - Coordinate with other departments such as U/W, Claims, & Operations - Resolve discrepancies raised by the Underwriter and issue policies at branch level - Analyze and resolve rejections of policy-related issues - Handle reconciliation - Manage other operational work **Qualifications Required:** - Professional Experience: 2-6 years; GI Experience in Motor Dealerships / OEM - Technology Known: Basic Excel In addition, you are expected to possess the following behavioral traits: - Interpersonal Skills - Communication Skills - Negotiation Skills - Proactiveness - Assertiveness - Flexibility and supportiveness when situations demand,
