ROLE DESCRIPTION - SALES MANAGER (Cochin)

JOB TYPE: FULLTIME, ON-SITE, BASED OUT OF COCHIN.

REPORTING TO: AVP - SALES & MARKETING

We are seeking experienced Sales Professionals with a proven track record in selling premium or 5-star hospitality offerings.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive the group's business / revenue through systematic sales engagements in the market
  • Be able to represent all the existing & upcoming resorts & residences of Mirth Portfolio
  • Drive strategic client acquisitions
  • Maintain & nurture existing customer relationship
  • Identify and develop new market opportunities
  • Consistent Daily/Weekly schedules of field-visits to meet clients
  • Lead and guide the Sales & Reservations team
  • Create and execute effective sales strategies
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis with the guidance of AVP-S&M
  • Preparing business reports, proposals, and presentations
  • Work together with the internal departments / units to deliver Experiences Exceeding Expectation.
  • Regular and meaningful engagement with clients will be essential to understand their needs and deliver tailored hospitality solutions that align with Mirth Resorts premium standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent Communication and Presentation abilities
  • Highly knowledgeable of the Cochin Market, Travel Agencies, DMCs, or Event Management Organizations
  • Physically fit for extensive travel in the market for one-to-one client meetings.
  • Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
  • Strong skills in Market Research, Negotiation, and Sales Strategy Development
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in sales tools, CRM platforms, and reporting software
