Role Description – Sales Manager (Cochin) We’re looking for experienced Sales Professionals who have a proven track record in selling premium / 5-star resorts or hotels . This is a full-time, on-site position based in Cochin. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic client acquisition, nurturing existing relationships, and identifying new market opportunities. The role involves leading a sales team, developing and executing sales strategies, conducting market research, preparing business reports and presentations, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Regular engagement with clients will be key to understanding their needs and presenting tailored hospitality solutions aligned with Mirth Resorts’ premium offerings. Qualifications Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management Strong skills in Market Research, Negotiation, and Sales Strategy Development Leadership experience in Team Management and Training Excellent Communication and Presentation abilities In-depth knowledge of the local market and ability to work on-site Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Experience in the hospitality, Travel agency, DMC, Event Management Organizations Proficiency in sales tools and reporting software
