We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management

Role & responsibilities:

Manage sales team and ensure they meet sales targets
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
Review and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors
Conduct market research to keep up-to-date on industry trends and competition
Train and mentor sales team to improve performance and skills
Negotiate prices and contracts with clients and suppliers
Attend trade shows and events to represent the company and generate leads
Monitor and manage the sales budget to ensure profitability
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies and action plans to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
Develop strategies to drive business growth across multiple product lines and market segments.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a dynamic sales team, providing coaching, guidance, and professional development opportunities to maximize their potential.
Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to identify new sales opportunities and tailor our approach accordingly.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to align efforts and strategy.
Manage the sales pipeline, forecast sales performance, and track key metrics to ensure targets are met
