Role Overview:

The Sales Manager – MICE will be responsible for driving Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE) business for Sarovar Hotels in Bengaluru. The role involves acquiring new clients, managing existing relationships, and ensuring successful execution of events to achieve revenue targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to grow MICE business from corporate and event agencies.
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities for conferences, banquets, and group bookings.
  • Negotiate contracts and packages with clients while ensuring profitability.
  • Coordinate with hotel operations teams for smooth event execution.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and industry partners.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market trend analysis for management.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
  • 07 years of experience in MICE sales within hospitality or event management industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and similar tools.
