The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, building client relationships, and meeting sales targets. Daily tasks include prospecting for new business opportunities, conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and coordinating with other departments to ensure client satisfaction. Qualifications Experience in sales management and team leadership Strong knowledge of sales strategies, market analysis, and customer relationship management Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Previous experience in the construction industry is a plus Show more Show less
