Job Description

Job Summary: The Institutional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to secure and grow business with institutional clients, including but not limited to [Examples: schools, hospitals, corporations, restaurants, hotels, government agencies]. This role requires a strong understanding of the retail industry, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Role & responsibilities Develop and Implement Sales Strategies Client Relationship Management Sales Operations Market Research and Analysis Reporting Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in institutional sales, preferably in the retail or insurance industry. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of the institutional market and sales processes. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to travel within the assigned territory. Preferred candidate profile Experience selling [General , Life and Health insurance] to institutional clients. Established network of contacts within the institutional market.
