Sales Manager

Role Overview

You’ll own the sales strategy, expand into new markets, manage major global clients, and guide the team toward consistent monthly and quarterly targets. This role blends strategic direction with hands-on execution across pricing, negotiation, and pipeline management.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in Business/International Trade (Master’s beneficial).
  • 4–8 years’ sales or BD experience, ideally in minerals or industrial sectors.
  • Proven record of hitting revenue targets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Expand market reach and drive international sales for garnet and mineral products.
  • Manage and grow key client and distributor relationships.
  • Lead pricing, negotiation, and contract execution.
  • Oversee the sales pipeline and ensure targets are met.
  • Align closely with production, QC, logistics, and documentation for smooth deliveries.
  • Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer needs.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the sales team.
