  1. Role Summary:

HORECA and Institutional clients

Candidate Profile:

  1. 8–10 years of B2B sales experience in HORECA/Institutional segments
  2. Strong exposure to packaging, Disposables-plastic or sustainable and Tissue paper.
  3. Proven key account and team leadership skills
  4. MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing preferred
  5. Should have key connects with HORECA segment

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive national sales strategy and achieve revenue targets
  2. Manage key HORECA & institutional accounts (QSRs, hotels, corporates, hospitals, airlines)
  3. Develop new markets and strengthen brand presence
  4. Lead and mentor sales teams
  5. Key Account Management
  6. Planning & Reporting
