Job Summary:

Sales Professional

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Business Development

  • Achieve sales targets for the assigned territory by driving primary and secondary sales.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase revenue and market penetration
  • Identify and onboard new dealers, distributors, and institutional clients.
  • Drive business growth through both

    retail and B2B channels

2. Channel Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and retailers.
  • Ensure effective product placement and visibility at point-of-sale.
  • Monitor stock levels and manage inventory to ensure availability and timely replenishment.
  • Handle dealer issues, claims, and resolve disputes efficiently.

3. Market Expansion & Strategy

  • Identify new business opportunities and emerging markets within the region.
  • Conduct regular market visits to track competitor activities, pricing, and trends.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns.

4. Team Collaboration & Reporting

  • Coordinate with internal teams, including supply chain, marketing, and finance, to ensure smooth operations.
  • Prepare monthly sales reports, forecasts, and business performance analysis.
  • Train and mentor channel partners to drive better performance and productivity.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in

    Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

    (MBA preferred).
  • 8 to 15 years of proven sales experience

    in the Tyre, Lubricant, Battery, or Automotive Aftermarket industry.
  • Strong network of dealers, distributors, and B2B customers in

    North & West India

    .
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
  • Proficiency in

    MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)

    and basic knowledge of CRM tools.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
