Position Overview: We are looking for a dynamic professional to work directly with the EVP & Head, two wheeler tyres division, driving strategic business initiatives across pricing, business analytics, and new projects. This is a high-visibility role that requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and execution skills, along with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage projects end-to-end. Key Responsibilities for the role Pricing & Market Intelligence Conduct competitive benchmarking and pricing analysis across skus. Develop data-driven pricing models to optimize margins and market competitiveness. Track and report on pricing effectiveness, competition pricing changes, and channel-level profitability. Business Analysis Monitor sales, channel performance, and product portfolio performance to generate insights for decision-making. Prepare business dashboards, MIS reports, and other review material. Identify growth opportunities through data-driven analysis. New Initiatives & Strategic Projects Work with the Business Head to evaluate and launch new business opportunities, categories, and partnerships. Prepare business cases, financial models, and implementation roadmaps. Drive cross-functional project management, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met. Project Management & Execution Anchor key projects end-to-end, coordinating with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance teams. Track progress, resolve roadblocks, and ensure seamless execution. Maintain documentation and regular reporting of project status to leadership. Qualifications & Skills MBA/CA/Engineer with 36 years of experience in business strategy, consulting, pricing, or analytics. Strong business acumen and data analysis skills. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint; exposure to BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) preferred. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver under tight timelines. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action.
