Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Thane for a Sales Manager specializing in Loan Against Property (Affordable). The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving loan sales growth, identifying and acquiring clients, and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients. Key responsibilities include achieving sales targets, managing a portfolio of customers, and providing financial advice tailored to the clients’ needs. The Sales Manager will collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and explore innovative strategies to enhance loan disbursement.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in sales strategies, client acquisition, and account management
• Strong understanding of financial products including Loans Against Property, and the ability to provide customized financial solutions
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Strong analytical abilities and experience in assessing client financial needs
• Knowledge of the financial and lending sector, particularly in SME financing and property-backed loans
• Proven ability to achieve targets in a competitive, fast-paced sales environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; post-graduate qualifications are an advantage
• Experience working in the lending or NBFC sector is highly desirable
