Job Description

Lead, manage, and motivate a team of real estate sales executives. Handle and close high-value leads and support the team in deal closures. Assign leads, monitor follow-ups, and ensure timely conversions. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets. Train, coach, and mentor team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and negotiations. Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and role-play sessions. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction. Handle escalated client issues and resolve them effectively. Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation and campaign execution. Maintain accurate CRM records, sales MIS, and performance reports. Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities. Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations.
