SALES MANAGER, LCV

As an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager LCV, your role will involve leading the Light Commercial Vehicle sales operations. Your strong background in LCV sales, proven track record in team management, and a well-established network with financiers and brokers will be key in this position. You will be expected to guide and motivate the sales team, generate business leads across urban and rural markets, and build lasting relationships with fleet owners. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the LCV sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. - Develop and execute strategic plans for sales growth in both urban and rural areas. - Guide and support the team in identifying and converting leads. - Maintain and leverage strong networks with finance companies, brokers, and fleet owners to drive business. - Regularly train and motivate the team to improve performance and achieve KPIs. - Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends. - Ensure excellent customer service and after-sales support. - Report sales performance, forecasts, and market insights to senior management. Key Requirements: - Minimum 5 years of experience in Light Commercial Vehicle (LCV) sales. - Proven experience in team handling and leadership. - Strong network and relationships with finance institutions and brokers. - Experience in working with fleet owners is a must. - Ability to generate and convert leads effectively in both urban and rural markets. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. - Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
