Job Title: Corporate Sales Executive/Manager

Location: Mumbai (or as applicable)

Department: Sales & Business Development

Reports To: Sales Head / Regional Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a driven and dynamic Corporate Sales Executive/Manager to join our team. The role involves managing relationships with corporate clients, identifying business opportunities, and closing sales deals to achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background with experience in corporate or B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Retention:

Identify and target new business opportunities in the corporate sector.

Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service and post-sale support.

Sales Strategy & Execution:

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet the company's revenue goals.

Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitors, and market trends.

Present and demonstrate products and services to clients, highlighting the value proposition.

Negotiation & Closing:

Negotiate and close sales deals to maximize profitability.

Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and contracts based on client requirements.

Follow up on leads, respond to inquiries, and manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing.

Reporting & Performance Monitoring:

Maintain detailed records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts.

Report regularly on sales progress, including key metrics like revenue, conversion rates, and customer feedback.

Meet and exceed individual sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.

Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to align sales strategies with company offerings.

Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services and resolve any customer issues.

Product Knowledge & Training:

Stay up-to-date with the companys products and services, as well as developments in the corporate sales landscape.

Attend training sessions and workshops as necessary to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

Key Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in corporate sales, B2B sales, or account management.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.

Self-motivated, with a results-driven approach.

Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Good understanding of the corporate and B2B sales cycle.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

Location:

Willingness to travel locally to meet clients as needed.
