Manage and grow business through DSA, Channel Partners, and Connectors in the assigned territory
Achieve disbursement and revenue targets through effective sourcing and relationship management Identify, onboard, and train new channel partners to strengthen business reach Work closely with Credit, Operations, and Legal teams for smooth processing and quick TAT Ensure portfolio quality by sourcing high-yield and low-delinquency cases Monitor market trends and competitor activities to drive business strategies Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners Drive digital and policy-compliant sourcing to ensure quality business acquisition
