Responsibilities for the job

Key Responsibilities: -

  • Build & Source potential customers through Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) / channel partners / other channels.
  • Achieve key business metrics of IRR, Fee Income and Cross Sell of insurance product
  • Perform initial assessments of loan applications for login, facilitate visits to credit team & technical team for loan due diligence.
  • Oversee completion of documentation for loan sanctioning and disbursement
  • Track and update PDD - Post disbursal documents and provide post-disbursal support to customers
  • Achieve Business targets for LAP product.

Eligibility Criteria for the Job

Education

  • Graduate and above

Work Experience

  • 5-6 years of LAP Product Experience /industry (NBFC / Banking) will get the preference.

Primary Skill

  • Candidate should have 5 years of minimum experience in LAP product and sales through DSA and should have handled a ticket size of 50lcs and above.

Management Skills

  • Stakeholder management, maturity and relationship flair to build and nurture senior levels relationships.
