We are hiring dynamic and result-oriented Sales Managers for multiple locations to drive New & Used Car Loan business through Dealers, DSAs, Customers, and Banking Partners. The role involves field visits, relationship building, business sourcing, and ensuring smooth loan processing.

⭐ Key Responsibilities
*Business Development*
Generate New & Used Car Loan business from Dealers, Used Car Showrooms, DSAs, and Direct Customers.
Identify, onboard & activate new channel partners to increase sourcing volume.
Achieve monthly sales & disbursal targets.
Dealer & DSA Relationship Management
Regular visits to active dealers and DSAs to strengthen relationships.
*Banker Coordination*
Work closely with banks & NBFCs for login, approval, documentation, and disbursal.
*Field Activities*
Daily market visits and funnel management.
Represent the company professionally in the assigned territory.
Maintain a field-sales, target-driven approach.
📌 Eligibility
Experience: 1–5 years in Auto Loan / Used Car / Banking / NBFC sales
Qualification: Graduate (Any stream)
Must have: Two-wheeler, Smartphone & willingness for field travel
