Job Title: Sales Manager Real Estate

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing effective sales strategies, managing client relationships, and mentoring a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and motivate the real estate sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.

Generate new business opportunities by identifying potential clients, investors, and partners.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.

Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and lead-generation strategies.

Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis for management.

Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and real estate regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (MBA preferred).

Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar leadership role in the real estate industry.

Strong knowledge of property sales, brokerage, and real estate regulations.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build and lead a high-performing sales team.

Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
