Job Description

Job Title: Senior Sales Executive Real Estate

About the Role

The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for driving property sales, managing high-value client relationships, and contributing to the company’s revenue growth. This role requires strong market knowledge, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to close deals in a competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation and property presentations to negotiation and closing.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
  • Conduct site visits, property tours, and client meetings.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with buyers, investors, brokers, and channel partners.
  • Understand clients' requirements and recommend suitable properties.
  • Provide personalized consultation and after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.

Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and new project launches.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management.
  • Gather client feedback and provide insights to enhance product offerings and marketing strategies.

Collaboration & Coordination

  • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth transaction processes.
  • Participate in property exhibitions, roadshows, and corporate events.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
  • 5–7+ years of proven sales experience

    in real estate (residential or commercial).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle high-value transactions and luxury clients.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
