Sales Manager Company: Kayla ( Service based app development company ) Location: Hi Lite Business Park Calicut Experience: 1–6 years Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹70,000/month (plus incentives based on performance) About Kayla Kayla is a Kerala-based company specializing in custom mobile app development. We help clients from various industries bring their app ideas to life by offering full-cycle mobile application services — from planning and design to development and support. As we expand, we’re looking for a Sales Manager who can lead client acquisition and help us reach the next level. Role Overview We’re seeking a dynamic Sales Manager with a strong background in selling services — especially digital or software services. Your role will be to identify potential customers, understand their needs, and present Kayla’s mobile app solutions in a compelling way. Key Responsibilities Identify and approach businesses or individuals needing mobile app development. Pitch Kayla’s app development services and convert leads into clients. Collaborate with the development team to provide accurate proposals and estimates. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets. Represent Kayla in meetings, calls, and local business events when needed. Requirements 2+ years of experience in service-based sales (preferably IT or digital services). Strong communication skills in Malayalam and English. Understanding of mobile app trends and the ability to explain solutions to non-technical clients.
