Sales Manager- Jewellery Showroom

A Store Manager at a jewellery showroom in Lucknow is responsible for overseeing daily operations, staff management, sales, customer service, inventory control, and store presentation. Candidates should have prior experience in luxury retail or Jewellery, solid leadership abilities, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day store operations and retail team, ensuring smooth functioning.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet targets.
• Monitor inventory levels, manage stock, and order new products as needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, resolve customer complaints, and encourage repeat business.
• Train, mentor, and motivate store staff, conduct interviews, and offer performance feedback.
• Prepare and analyze sales reports for senior management.
• Maintain store cleanliness, presentation, and visual merchandising standards.
• Promote special offers and handle approval for discounts.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.

Desired Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields is preferred.
• Minimum 4-5 years of sales leadership experience, especially in Jewellery.
• Strong market and consumer trend awareness specific to Jewellery.
• Proven track record in sales and team management.
• Proficiency in CRM, POS systems, inventory management, and Microsoft Office.
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
