Sales Manager

Jasper Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales operations. This role is open to both girls and boys who have strong communication skills and a passion for business development in the IT and software services industry.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, managing clients, and building long-term business relationships.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective sales strategies
• Generate leads for web development, mobile apps, SaaS, and IT services
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead to closure
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Coordinate with the technical team for project requirements
• Prepare sales reports and achieve monthly targets
• Train and guide junior sales executives (if required)

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong understanding of sales and client handling
• Ability to meet targets and work under pressure
• Basic knowledge of IT services (Web, App, Software)
• Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, or Google Sheets

Preferred Skills (Optional)

• Experience in IT company sales
• International client handling experience
• Knowledge of online lead platforms (Upwork, LinkedIn, Email Marketing)

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate / Post Graduate in any stream
• 1 years of sales or business development experience (Freshers with strong skills can also apply)
• Both girls and boys are encouraged to apply
