Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution:Develop and implement effective sales plans and strategies to achieve revenue goals and expand the customer base, ensuring alignment with the agency's quality certifications. Team Leadership & Management:Recruit, train, coach, and manage a sales team to maximize performance, setting clear sales targets and conducting regular performance reviews. Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners, understanding their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Market Analysis & Opportunity Identification:Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging markets to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry changes. Reporting & Forecasting:Prepare sales forecasts, analyze sales data, and present performance reports to senior management, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs). Collaboration:Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives and ensure smooth order processing and delivery. Negotiation & Deal Closure:Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners, driving deals to a successful close. Product Knowledge & Compliance:Ensure the sales team has a comprehensive understanding of the products or services offered and adheres to the standards associated with ISI or BIS certification.
