Sales Manager - Intermediate Commercial Vehicle

As a Manager of Intermediate Commercial Vehicle (ICV) through Dealers, your role involves various responsibilities to ensure the success of the sales team and achieve sales targets. You will be responsible for managing ICV Dealers, Direct Selling Agents (DSA), and Direct Sales Team (DST) in the market. Your main accountability will be to drive sales performance and productivity of the team. Conducting regular training sessions for all channels and team members on product knowledge, policies, and market changes will be a crucial part of your role. Additionally, you will need to oversee business promotional activities with channels and track quality sourcing and maintain a healthy portfolio. Keeping a close watch on competitor products, policies, and market strategies will also be essential. - Recruit, train, and motivate the channel sales team - Achieve sales targets set by the company - Guide the channel sales team and introduce potential clients to them - Maintain a strong understanding of all bank products and services to assist in resolving customer queries - Develop new customer relationships to increase revenue and expand the customer base - Ability to gauge the market trends and identify emerging car dealers for potential collaboration - Strong persuasive skills to present compelling cases to the credit team and obtain necessary approvals - Excellent motivational and leadership skills to drive the team towards achieving sales volumes and growth This position requires someone who can effectively manage a team, drive sales, and foster strong relationships with both channels and customers.
