Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Amritsar for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will oversee and develop sales strategies to increase market share and revenue. Key responsibilities include managing clients, meeting sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with customers. The role also requires preparing sales forecasts, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with the marketing team to align strategies.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Sales Management, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
Strong understanding of market analysis and sales forecasting
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Analytical skills for monitoring market trends and identifying growth opportunities
Proficiency in CRM tools and related software
Ability to work independently and meet organizational sales objectives
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
Experience in the industrial manufacturing or energy sector is an advantage
