What You’ll Do:

✅ Develop and execute sales strategies to hit revenue targets

✅ Identify and acquire new automotive clients

✅ Strengthen relationships with existing customers

✅ Deliver technical presentations & proposals

✅ Negotiate contracts and ensure timely order closure

✅ Collaborate with production & design teams

✅ Represent the company at industry events and exhibitions

What We’re Looking For:

🎓 Engineering Graduate (Mechanical/Automobile/Polymer) + MBA in Marketing

💼 10–12 years in automotive component sales; 4–5 years in injection-moulded plastic components

💡 Strong OEM/Tier-1 exposure, excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

🌍 Willingness to travel extensively

🖥️ Proficient in MS Office & CRM tools
