Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role located in Siliguri. The Sales Manager will lead and manage a team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include identifying and expanding customer base, developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and monitoring market trends to identify new business opportunities. The role will also involve team training, performance evaluation, and ensuring adherence to company policies and compliance with all applicable regulations.

Qualifications

Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Leadership and team management abilities to motivate and guide team members effectively
Analytical and strategic thinking skills for market analysis and business development
Knowledge of financial products, especially in commercial vehicles, construction equipment, farm equipment, and small ticket business loans
Customer relationship management experience and excellent communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM tools
Understanding of Tier 2 to Tier 4 markets and financial inclusion processes is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree is an advantage
