Relationship Manager

Company Description IndoStar Capital Finance Limited is a non-banking finance company (NBFC) registered with the Reserve Bank of India as a systemically important non-deposit-taking company. We provide structured term financing solutions to corporates and loans to small and medium enterprise (SME) borrowers. Additionally, we offer vehicle finance for both used and new commercial vehicles, passenger vehicles, and two-wheelers. Our wholly-owned subsidiary, IndoStar Home Finance Private Limited, offers housing finance products. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Nagercoil. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and developing client relationships, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, and ensuring efficient service delivery. Key responsibilities include understanding client needs, providing appropriate financial solutions, and monitoring and managing risks associated with the client portfolio. Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills Experience in client relationship management and financial service delivery Knowledge of financial products and services, specifically in vehicle and housing finance Problem-solving and risk management skills Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred Ability to work independently and in a team environment Previous experience in the finance industry is a plus Show more Show less
