Job Description

Role Overview We seek a motivated and experienced Sales Manager for our Sustainability and ESG Practice. The role will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, fostering partner relationships, and driving revenue growth across the Asia Pacific region. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of our services. Key Responsibilities Explore opportunities to enter new markets or offer additional services to existing clients Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business Prepare client presentations, and submit customized proposals to prospective clients Negotiate pricing to be competitive and profitable, and contractual terms with clients Attend networking events, conferences, and trade shows to expand the firms presence Collaborate with local strategic partners and execute joint offerings / campaigns Qualifications Familiarity with UNSDGs and key sustainability standards (such as GRI, SASB, TCFD, BRSR etc.) 3-6 Years of experience in quota-based sales or business development roles Strong written and verbal communication skills, adept at Microsoft PowerPoint MBA from Tier-1 or Tier-2 B-Schools would be an added advantage Department ESG Sales Manager
