Sales Manager / Assistant Manager – Sales

You will be responsible for driving business growth, managing key client relationships, and achieving sales targets in the elevator and escalator domain.

   Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with

  builders, architects, consultants, and PMCs

  .
• Identify and pursue

  new business opportunities

  across residential, commercial, and industrial segments.
• Prepare and negotiate

  techno-commercial proposals

  with clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams for project handover and execution.
• Provide regular

  sales reports, pipeline updates, and market intelligence

  .

1. What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in

  Engineering, Marketing, or Business

  ).

• 3–7 years

  of experience in

  B2B/project sales

  (elevator/lift or construction industry preferred).
• Excellent

  communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  .
• Strong understanding of

  elevator product specifications

  and industry practices (preferred).
• Proficiency in

  MS Office, CRM, and reporting tools

  .
