Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Drive Sales & Revenue: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan targeting corporate accounts, MICE, events, weddings, and leisure bookings; achieve revenue targets.
Business Development: Identify and engage with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and wedding consultants.
Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with key clients and ensure repeat business.
Marketing & Promotions: Collaborate with marketing for promotional packages; represent the hotel at trade shows.
Reporting & Analysis: Track sales KPIs, monitor competitor trends, and adjust pricing/strategies proactively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month

Education:

Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

Hospitality: 5 years (Preferred)

Language:

English (Required)
