Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Sales & Revenue: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan targeting corporate accounts, MICE, events, weddings, and leisure bookings; achieve revenue targets.
  • Business Development: Identify and engage with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and wedding consultants.
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with key clients and ensure repeat business.
  • Marketing & Promotions: Collaborate with marketing for promotional packages; represent the hotel at trade shows.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Track sales KPIs, monitor competitor trends, and adjust pricing/strategies proactively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Hospitality: 5 years (Preferred)

Language:

  • English (Required)

Work Location: In person
