Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and self-driven Sales Manager from the FMCG / Food & Beverage industry to lead our sales operations for Guppy Moms premium tea brand. The role involves managing a sales team, expanding business across HORECA, Retail, Wholesalers, and Distributors, and ensuring consistent growth in the Delhi NCR region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve business targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies across HORECA, Retail, Wholesalers, and Distributors.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base in Delhi NCR.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and key stakeholders.
• Ensure effective distributor management and smooth product placement in the market.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to drive growth.
• Manage sales reporting, forecasting, and performance monitoring.
• Work closely with marketing for product promotions, visibility, and sampling activities.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Graduate in any field (MBA preferred).
• Experience: 5–8 years in FMCG / Food & Beverage sales.
• Proven track record in HORECA & retail sales, distributor handling, and team management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently with a growth-oriented mindset.

Compensation:

• Competitive Salary (as per industry standards) + Performance-based incentives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
