Job Title: Sales Manager – Joy Ice Cream

Location: All Kerala

Salary Range: ₹60,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month

Reports To: Regional Sales Head

Position Overview:
Joy Ice Cream is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead and oversee sales operations across Kerala. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving state-wide business growth, managing distributor networks, guiding the sales team, and strengthening Joy Ice Cream’s presence throughout the state.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and volume targets across Kerala.
• Expand and strengthen distributor and retailer networks in all districts.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Area Sales Managers, Sales Officers, and field executives.
• Ensure product availability, visibility, and effective merchandising across retail touchpoints.
• Build and maintain strong trade relationships with key accounts, distributors, and channel partners.
• Monitor market dynamics, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Plan and implement promotional campaigns, trade schemes, and seasonal activations to boost sales.
• Regularly review sales performance, prepare forecasts, and share actionable insights with senior management.
• Ensure timely collections and adherence to company financial policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 7–10 years of experience in FMCG sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in ice cream, dairy, or frozen foods will be a strong advantage.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing large teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel extensively across Kerala.
