Role Overview

The HR Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR activities including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, compliance, performance management, and training & development. Strong communication skills in Malayalam, English, and Hindi are essential to effectively interact with our diverse team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and payroll coordination.
• Handle employee grievances, disputes, and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
• Oversee training, development, and performance appraisal processes.
• Foster a positive work environment and encourage employee engagement.
• Support management in workforce planning and retention strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience (2-3 years) as an HR Manager/HR Officer.
• Strong knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Malayalam, English, and Hindi (mandatory).
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Salary

• ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on skills, experience, and capacity).

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
