Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Sales Manager - Home Loans at Bajaj Housing Finance Limited. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and driving home loan sales, achieving sales targets, developing and maintaining relationships with customers, handling customer inquiries, and providing excellent customer service. Additional tasks include supervising sales teams, conducting market analysis, identifying business opportunities, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in sales and marketing, including setting and achieving sales targets
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Experience in team management, supervision, and leadership
• In-depth knowledge of home loan products and financial services
• Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop strategies
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in home loan sales or a related field is preferred
