Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager (Home Loan) located in Dehradun. The Sales Manager will lead and manage the sales team to achieve the assigned objectives and targets for home loan products. Key responsibilities include strategizing and implementing sales plans, identifying prospective customers, developing relationships with stakeholders, evaluating client needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will also monitor market trends, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and provide regular performance updates to senior management.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills, including the ability to articulate product features and benefits effectively.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and motivational skills for driving sales teams to success.
• Proficiency in market research, business development, and client relationship management.
• Understanding of banking products, with a particular focus on home loans, and knowledge of financial regulations.
• Hands-on experience with sales tools and CRM software.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with the local market in Dehradun and nearby areas is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
