Branch Operations Management Oversee daily operations across all branches in the assigned zone. Ensure adherence to internal policies applicable. Develop and implement operational strategies to improve branch efficiency. Focus on improving File quality and reducing the operations TAT. 2. Team Leadership & Management Recruit, train, and mentor branch leads and their teams. Provide leadership, guidance, and motivation to ensure high team performance. Conduct periodic reviews to assess staff productivity and development. Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the overall business objectives. Ensure compliance with SOPs defined. Strengthening internal controls to minimize fraud and financial discrepancies. Ensure adherence to NBFC regulatory requirements applicable to branches. 6. Financial Oversight & Resource Allocation Develop, manage, and optimize zonal budgets to align with business goals. Streamline and optimize end-to-end loan processing workflows for maximum efficiency and productivity. Implement best practices to enhance the speed and accuracy of loan approvals and disbursements. Ensure prudent allocation of resources, balance cost and revenue targets. 7. Technical Expertise: Work closely with the technology/ Business Solutions Group to maintain and improve the existing IT tools Identify opportunities for technological enhancements to improve operational efficiency in operations and customer experience. Hands on experience in process automation for increasing speed and accuracy through innovations. 8. Strong command over PySpark, Python, and SQL for large-scale data processing, data engineering and analytics. Built segmentation, eligibility models, and monitoring dashboards. Possess deep expertise in bureau data interpretation. Applied bureau insights across credit policy design, risk assessment, cross-sell targeting, underwriting strategies and others Lead data-driven campaign analytics across products by integrating bureau, app journey, and other data sources. Develop cross-sell and upsell strategies through precise segmentation and automation. Build lead scoring and prioritization logic to improve targeting and conversion.
